At Windy City Management in Hutchinson, KS, we do our best to guarantee the safety of our clients. For the security of our current tenants, we thoroughly screen all of our applicants. To avoid discrepancies, we make sure that all of the property owners we work with receive a financial statement.

Important Notes
On all security deposits, $150 is non-refundable. Our application fee is a non-refundable fee of $35.
For tenants who own dogs, Dog(s) are allowed (2 dog limit). $25.00 per month added for one (1) dog and $35.00 per month added to rent for two (2) dogs.
Tenants are require to purchase and maintain renter's insurance. Confirmation must be provided at time of lease signing.
Confirmation of utility service connections must be put in the tenant’s name at the time of lease signing. Utilities include Westar Energy, Kansas Gas Service, and the City of Hutchinson.
How to Set Up a Showing
Reach out to us to view the property of your choice. We will check out a set of keys for you to take to the property. Then, you may go to the home or apartment to look over the place on your own. We do not supervise your visit because we want you to feel comfortable and view the property with no pressure.
After you are done looking at your preferred rental space, bring the keys back to our office. You can then make your decision at your leisure.
