We genuinely care about our tenants. Our clients are the most important part of our business, so keeping you satisfied is our priority.
One of our defining characteristics is our willingness to work with our clients. In addition, we go the extra mile to make sure that our tenants are covered when difficult times happen.
To maintain our upscale apartments and homes, we work on all of the properties we lease. We handle most of the maintenance jobs in-house to keep costs down, as well as to ensure that our properties remain in excellent condition. Also, we patch any holes in walls, paint, clean the unit and carpets, to make sure that our properties are always ready for move-in.
We get involved in the community by sponsoring local fundraisers and charity drives. Our beneficiaries include the Cancer
Council of Reno County, Cause for Paws, the United Way, and Trinity High School.
