Ms. Tennant bought the company in 2000 managing 97 units and has now grown to managing 205 units currently. The company had formerly been Jayhawk Property Management which was established in 1951 by Mr. Forest Tennant SR. Ms. Tennant bought the company and has carried on Mr. Tennant's tradition of well-maintained rentals as well as customer service for both owners of the properties and the tenants who rent them.

To maintain our upscale apartments and homes, we work on all of the properties we lease. We handle most of the maintenance jobs in-house to keep costs down, as well as to ensure that our properties remain in excellent condition. Also, we patch any holes in walls, paint, clean the unit and carpets, to make sure that our properties are always ready for move-in.

Community-Oriented Business

We get involved in the community by sponsoring local fundraisers and charity drives. Our beneficiaries include the Cancer
Council of Reno County, Cause for Paws, the United Way, and Trinity High School.
